Qualifications

• 3+ years in a medical/healthcare setting with supervisory experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with electronic medical records
• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate resources
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management software

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise clinical and administrative staff (15+)
• Manage scheduling, EMR, and budget oversight
• Lead process improvement and rollout of organizational initiatives
• Coordinate payroll and timekeeping
• Monitor compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements
