Qualifications

• Active clinical license as an RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or EMT‑B/Paramedic.
• Strong background in healthcare operations, team leadership, and workflow coordination.
• Dual‑role: supervisory duties plus scheduled clinical shifts in licensed role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient care.
• Assist with scheduling operations to utilize resources and staff.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain high patient service.
• Enforce clinic policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage orders for medical supplies and equipment.
