Responsibilities

• Ensures daily department operations run smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
• Supervises staff, participates in training and task assignment.
• Manages workflow, quality of work, and adherence to standards.
• Coordinates monthly department schedule; tracks hours and leave; submits timesheets.
• Provides backup support for administrative staff and assists with projects.
