Qualifications

• Proficiency in Epic software and standard MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages RN, LPNs, and RNs; oversees staffing, scheduling, hires, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Leads clinical staff development and ensures patient flow and safety; collaborates with other departments.
• Manages budgets, monitors expenditures, and supports clinical performance standards.
• Mentors staff and fosters a climate of clinical and professional excellence.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to safety, infection control, and quality initiatives.
