Reliant Medical Group in Worcester, MA seeks an experienced Nursing Operations Leader to supervise RN Supervisors and RNs within Clinical Education. Lead staffing, staffing plans, mentoring, patient flow, and quality initiatives to deliver high-quality care.

The role reports to Clinical Director and works with operations to ensure safe, efficient patient care, staff development, compliance, and budget adherence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current MA RN license and BLS.
• 5+ years of leadership in ambulatory care.
• Proven ability to manage staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and manages RN operational supervisors, LPNs, and RNs with staffing, evaluations, scheduling and training.
• Provides effective leadership to foster teamwork and alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensures safe patient flow and high-quality care outcomes across clinical areas.
• Oversees compliance with nursing standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Partners with Clinical Director and Operations to meet budget and performance targets.
