Job summary

AbsoluteCare is seeking a Practice Manager to provide direct support to the (Regional) Director, Clinical Operations. This role oversees multiple administrative areas to ensure the center runs efficiently, implementing and evaluating policies across departments including front desk operations, referrals, medical records, housekeeping, and security.

The position requires independent judgement and regular evaluation by the Regional Director, Clinical Operations, with leadership over Administrative

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years managing a physician practice (depending on degree).
• Experience in PCMH or primary care office is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line support resource for the Regional Director, Clinical Operations.
• Oversee Front Office/Patient Access Operations, Transportation, Referrals, Medical Records, Housekeeping and Security.
• Front desk operations including answering calls, scheduling, triaging issues and surveys.
