CareMore Health Management Services, LLC is seeking an Associate Practice Manager to lead day-to-day care center operations serving Medicare and Medicaid patients with chronic conditions. You will drive staffing, patient access, and patient experience while supporting value-based care outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience supporting operations within a physician office, clinic, or primary care environment.
• Bachelor’s degree may be preferred. Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required depending on location or patient population.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
• Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day care center operations and staffing.
• Coordinate patient access and visit flow to support timely care delivery.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Lead and engage administrative and clinical staff, coaching and accountability.
