Job summary

Care New England is seeking a Practice Coordinator to oversee daily administrative and clinical support for one or more practices. You will cultivate strong relationships with providers and leaders across the system and advocate for patients and families while promoting patient-centered care.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership and medical assistants to ensure quality, service, and access, while monitoring operations, schedules, and front-end processes within the practices.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience in a medical practice setting.
• Prior supervisory capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day administrative and clinical support for assigned practices.
• Maintains effective working relationships with providers and leaders across Care New England.
• Collaborates with nursing leadership and medical assistants to ensure quality, service, and access for patients.
• Manages staff schedules and payroll processes in accordance with policy.
• Monitors front-end financial processes including insurance info, authorizations, and patient financial responsibilities.
