Job summary

Zywie Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of clinical services, ensuring alignment with our mission to deliver high-quality patient care. You will lead clinical supervisors and staff, implement policies, and ensure regulatory compliance across the Clinical Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of ECG analysis experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a 24/7 clinical operations environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of remote cardiac monitoring experience is strongly preferred.
• Current Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) and/or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor clinical supervisors and staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development
• Monitor supervisor and staff performance, providing coaching, support, and recognition
• Coordinate the employee disciplinary process and follow through to resolution
• Complete timely, documented performance reviews for direct reports
• Facilitate the ongoing development of staff to ensure Zywie's performance standards are consistently met
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, evaluating, and scheduling of clinical employees
• Complete biweekly payroll processing for the Clinical Department
• Contribute to the strategic management, planning, and leadership of the company
• Oversee the daily of clinical services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze patient outcomes and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Identify areas for improvement in patient care and operational processes and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the quality management and quality improvement programs for Clinical Services
• Track performance metrics and process improvements across the department
• Develop and manage the department budget, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and Good Clinical Practices
• Coordinate with the Clinical Training and Development team on continuing education for existing staff and new hires
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Standard Operating Policy and Procedure Manual and Work Instructions
• Provide consultation and direction to the team to ensure programs and services support the highest level of patient care
• Provide continuous software enhancement feedback and suggestions to the R&D team to improve software efficiency and user interface, focusing on performance optimization, streamlined workflows, and a simplified end-user experience
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication across the organization
• Function as a liaison between sales and physician practices
• Assist in reviewing and recommending improvements and enhancements to current services and the development of new services
• Represent Clinical Operations in leadership discussions and contribute to company-wide planning and decision-making
