Zywie Healthcare in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor for the evening shift. The role oversees clinical technicians, ensures schedule adherence, and drives quality in patient monitoring operations.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, extensive ECG analysis background, and strong leadership with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement. Remote work is available outside California, with in-office days as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience with direct reports.
• 3 years of ECG analysis or cardiac monitoring experience.
• 1 year of internal software experience (internal only).
• CCT or CRAT certification through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and shift leadership for all clinical technicians on shift.
• Manage scheduling and monitor employee performance across the Clinical Department.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for personnel, clinical, and operational issues during the shift.
• Develop, mentor, and coach team members for growth and performance excellence.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely, constructive feedback.
