Qualifications

• Active unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Minimum 7 years of healthcare operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing managers or senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams to achieve productivity, quality, compliance, attendance, and SL goals.
• Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness.
• Serve as primary operations contact for client discussions and governance.
• Review operational performance trends and present strategic recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalability across the program.
