Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the team with director-level responsibilities.

• Participate in weekly meetings to review progress and goals.
• Take full ownership of the location, ensuring smooth operations and a strong patient experience.
• Step in as a clinical team member when needed to ensure continuity of care.
• Oversee patient appointment schedules for efficiency and quality of care.
• Maintain chart notes, clinical workflows, and quality control.
• Manage reports, metrics, and performance data to inform decisions.
• Oversee laboratory supplies and sleep test inventory.
• Coordinate invoice verification and payment requests.
• Support financial tracking and resource planning for operations.
