Star Sleep & Wellness in Frisco, TX is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Coordinator to join our clinical team. You will work closely with doctors and mid-level providers to diagnose and treat sleep disorders, manage your patient column, and handle multiple appointment types daily.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. No formal medical education is required; we provide comprehensive training and support, and you will contribute to patient education, scheduling, and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a column of in-person patients each day, handling communication before, during, and after appointments.
• Adhere to standard of care as set by Medical Director.
• Establish a relationship with patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform clinical tasks including vitals, intra-oral scans, oral photos, pharyngometer, and rhinometer.
• Educate patients about treatment options and their treatment plans.
• Assist with troubleshooting treatment plans during post-care appointments.
• Support medical and dental providers by conducting comprehensive patient pass offs.
• Send orders to labs with appropriate documentation when patients move forward with treatment.
• Take detailed notes throughout appointments and complete patient charts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete duties related to scheduling and patient payments with a high level of accuracy.
• Uploading required documents into EMR software when necessary
