Star Sleep & Wellness in Corinth, TX is seeking a Clinical Manager to support our Denton Clinical Team Members. Lead, coach, and develop the team while owning location operations and patient experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and healthcare leadership experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required. This full-time role offers growth and accountability in a patient-focused environment.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain chart notes, clinical workflows, and quality control.
• Manage reports, metrics, and performance data to inform decisions.
• Oversee laboratory supplies and sleep test inventory.
• Coordinate invoice verification and payment requests.
• Support financial tracking and resource planning for operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for the team while balancing hands‑on involvement with director‑level responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Hold performance conversations as needed and foster a positive, growth‑focused culture.
• Participate in weekly meetings and check‑ins to review progress, challenges, and goals.
• Take full ownership of the location, ensuring smooth operations and a strong patient experience.
• Step in as a clinical team member when needed to ensure coverage, maintain continuity of care, and support high‑quality patient service.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee and monitor the patient appointment schedule to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality of care.
• Maintain quality control for appointments, chart notes, and clinical workflows.
• Ensure all operational processes run effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage reports, metrics, and performance data to inform decisions and drive growth.
• Maintain and manage location laboratory supplies and sleep test inventory.
• Oversee invoice verification and coordinate payment requests.
• Support financial tracking and resource planning to keep the location operating efficiently.

Business Growth & Strategy

• Contribute to growing the business by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, patient experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Use metrics to drive decision‑making and continuously improve outcomes.
• Serve as a confident leader who protects the patient experience while helping the team achieve strong results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
