Star Sleep & Wellness in Frisco, TX, is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Coordinator to join our clinical team. You will manage a patient column, coordinate appointments, and support doctors and mid-level providers with a range of clinical tasks.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in healthcare not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage a column of in-person patients, handling communication before, during, and after appointments.
• Adhere to standard of care set by Medical Director.
• Build relationships with patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform clinical tasks: vitals, intra-oral scans, oral photos, pharyngometer, rhinometer.
• Educate patients on treatment options and plans.
• Troubleshoot treatment plans during post-care appointments.
• Support medical/dental providers with patient pass-offs.
• Send lab orders with proper documentation for treatments.
• Document notes and complete patient charts timely and accurately.
• Handle scheduling and patient payments with accuracy.
• Upload required documents into EMR when needed.
