Responsibilities

• Oversees advanced practice providers.
• Manages patient service operations and scheduling.
• Facilitates new physician practice models and coordinates related space/operational plans.
• Coordinates development of operational plans to support physician practice models.
• Recommends adjustments as necessary to improve operations.
• Assists with coordination of new and existing programs.
• Assists in designing integrated systems and processes (registration, scheduling, EMR).
• Assists in staffing model implementation and coordination of clinical staff.
• Interacts with clinical departments regularly to maintain service quality.
• Maintains a service environment for faculty and staff.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with external and internal constituents.
• Keeps abreast of regulatory changes impacting clinical operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
