• Coordinate planning and implementation of patient services with leadership.
• Develop same-day and scheduled patient care processes.
• Provide administrative leadership across call center, registration, quality & safety, and records.
• Track operating statistics and produce management reports.
• Coordinate patient care services with FPP, School of Medicine departments, and external organizations.
