Job summary

ChenMed in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Center Clinical Manager to lead daily back-office operations, clinical quality, compliance, patient experience and supervise team members including Care Promoters, Pharmacy Technicians and X-ray Technicians.

The role partners with Center Leadership to design clinical operation strategies, uses data analytics to improve revenue and quality ratings, and ensures staffing, training and regulatory standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• LPN license or CMA certification required; other licensure considered.
• Minimum 5 years progressive clinical/operational experience in healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience with direct reports.
• IV Therapy certification where required by state.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• EMR system experience a plus.
• Geriatric patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with center and divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients, families and staff.
• Manages clinical operations to meet metrics, growth strategy and membership goals.
• Ensures proper back-office staffing, scheduling, payroll and PTO planning.
• Performs direct patient care duties as needed, including care promoter tasks.
• Uses data analytics and dashboards to drive revenue and quality improvements.
• Develops protocols to improve staff productivity and coaches clinical staff.
• Manages medical equipment and supply inventory with preventive maintenance.
• Ensures KPIs, wait times, patient experience and staff engagement targets are met.
• Leads hiring and onboarding for clinical staff and technicians.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and internal standards.
• Completes required training to dispense medications from medication room.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
