Job summary

ChenMed in Winter Park, FL seeks a Center Clinical Manager to oversee daily back-office operations, clinical quality, and staff supervision. You’ll lead Care Promoters, Pharmacy Technicians, and X-ray staff while partnering with Center Leadership to implement clinical strategies that support revenue and patient experience.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in healthcare, 2+ years in management, LPN or CMA credentials, and strong data analytics and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Center and Divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients, family members and staff.
• Manages clinical operations to meet/objectives related to performance metrics, growth strategy and membership goals.
• Ensures proper back office staffing, payroll approval and PTO planning.
• Performs direct patient care duties as needed and may include Care Promoter responsibilities.
• Uses data analytics to develop and execute business strategies that improve revenue and quality ratings (HEDIS/STARS/Clinical Gaps).
• Develops protocols to improve staff productivity and coaches clinical staff to ensure competency.
• Manages medical equipment and supply inventory, including maintenance and repairs.
• Ensures KPIs such as wait times, patient experience and staff engagement are met.
• Leads hiring and onboarding for clinical staff and Pharmacy/Medication Technicians, including orientation.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and internal audit requirements.
• Completes required training to dispense medications from medication room.
