Job summary

Lincare Holdings seeks a RHC Services Manager responsible for training Healthcare Specialists on equipment setup policies and clinical services. You will ensure compliance with accreditation standards and corporate documentation, while maintaining high-quality patient assessments and documentation.

Role requires strong knowledge of respiratory homecare, ability to perform site visits, audits, and participate in investigations. Prior clinical leadership and certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent human relations to interface with prescribers, patients, and employees to provide advice and direction.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee compliance with Lincare policies, procedures, protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Perform patient education in accordance with patient needs and policy.
• Maintain patient records in complete and organized manner per accreditation standards.
• Represent Lincare through professional appearance and patient care activities.
• Assist with clinical internal investigations and site visits/chart audits.
