Job summary

Lincare seeks a Services Manager to oversee training of Healthcare Specialists in equipment setup policies and clinical service standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, maintaining patient records, and supporting quality improvement and regulatory inspections across locations. Applicants should have five years in home healthcare and relevant CRT/RT/RN credentials.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent human relations to interface with prescribers, patients, and employees to provide advice and direction.
• Must be computer literate.
• Minimum of five years in home healthcare experience.
• Must be a clinician authorized within scope of practice (as established by applicable state law or if none, by the applicable national board).
• CRTs and RRTs are qualified for this position.
• Subject to state law/regulation, other clinicians may also be qualified for this position.
• If applicable, based on the requirements of state, in addition to a valid state license, current National Board of Respiratory Care Credentials may also be required for CRTs and RRTs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Healthcare Specialists are trained on equipment setup policies and protocols.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and company documentation.
• Ensure complete and professional patient assessments per prescriber instructions.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Maintain department expenses within limits as determined by supervisor.
• Assist with clinical internal investigations and site visits.
