Lincare Holdings is seeking a Services Manager to ensure staff are trained on equipment setup policies and clinical services per accrediting bodies and company standards. You will oversee compliance, patient education, assessments, and documentation across a territory.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of respiratory homecare and representing the company in professional settings while managing records and participating in audits and quality programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in home healthcare.
• Must be a clinician authorized within scope of practice by state law or national board.

Responsabilités

• Ensure employee compliance with Lincare policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.
• Provide patient education as part of patient care activities.
• Perform complete and professional patient assessments per prescriber instructions.
• Maintain current knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and relevant concepts.
• Represent Lincare professionally in patient care activities and reports.
• Maintain patient records in a complete and organized manner per accreditation standards.
• Assist with clinical internal investigations and site visits in assigned territory.
• Submit monthly reports highlighting trends from site visits and participate in regional meetings.
