• Maintains the patient record (in written and/or electronic format). Competency 7
• Facilitates communication and efficient unit/department operations. Competency 5, 6

• Demonstrates knowledge and use of available resources and communication tools. Competency 7
• Maintains awareness and control of reception desk and surrounding area. Competency 5,6
