You will partner with CCSO, Medical Leadership, and Operations to standardize processes, improve patient care, and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• CA LVN or CA RN license; Lifesaving certification; valid driver’s license.
• 2–4 years in healthcare; 5+ years in management/supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and standardize clinical workflows, policies, and procedures across sites.
• Oversee procurement of clinical equipment and supplies; ensure regulatory alignment.
• Ensure MA and Nursing competencies, onboarding, and annual validations.
• Lead clinical training; drive quality initiatives (HEDIS, RAF, population health).
• Monitor audits, compliance, and escalation of clinical risks; coordinate with leadership.
• Serve as SME for nursing and clinical operations; engage site leadership for improvements.
