Job summary

Ophelia Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Clinical Operations (Data and Systems) to support patient panel transitions, dashboard accuracy, and administrative work that keeps the Clinical Operations team moving.

The role blends operational excellence with systems thinking and requires comfort with high-volume, detail-oriented tasks. You will monitor dashboards, maintain trackers, and partner with the data team on analyses while developing your data skills to eventually build and own

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, or similar administrative/analytical roles.
• High-growth telehealth or healthtech startup experience preferred.
• Spreadsheet Savvy: strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup).
• Data Literacy: able to navigate BI tools (Lightdash, Looker, Tableau) and learn to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient transitions and panel coverage during clinician attrition or leave.
• Coordinate system reassignments and handoffs across teams.
• Monitor panel coverage and flag capacity gaps to leadership.
• Support clinician scheduling and calendar coordination.
• Cross-functional collaboration with data and engineering to fix dashboard issues.
