Job summary

Ophelia is a healthcare startup delivering evidence-based OUD care via telehealth across multiple states. We are growing our Clinical Operations team and seek an operations-focused professional who values detail, systems thinking, and improving patient and clinician experience.

You will manage patient panels, monitor dashboards, and support scheduling. Expect cross-functional collaboration with data and engineering teams to keep dashboards accurate and processes efficient.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations or healthcare operations.
• Experience in high-growth telehealth or healthtech is preferred.
• Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup).
• Experience navigating BI tools (Lightdash, Looker, Tableau).
• SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptable with an agile mindset to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Panel Management & Coverage: coordinate patient panel coverage and transfers during clinician leave.
• Data Analytics: monitor dashboards and maintain trackers, reports, and lightweight models.
• Administration: on-call support, maintain SOPs, assist with credentialing/licensing, support cross-functional projects.
