Job summary

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Clinical Operations Data Analyst to support contract operations, dashboards, recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, data integrity, and stakeholder support across programs and business functions.

In this role, you will provide analytical, reporting, and operational support across multiple contracts and initiatives, with emphasis on Military OneSource, NAVAHCS, and other rural health care programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, healthcare analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in data analysis, operational reporting, healthcare analytics, or government contracting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Cross‑Contract Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, validate, analyze, and report data across contracts and initiatives; support recurring and ad hoc reporting; develop dashboards and scorecards; translate needs into reporting solutions.
• Military OneSource Support: Provide analytical support for Task Order 6; monitor counseling volume by service branch, region, modality, and provider.
• NAVAHCS and Rural & Federal Health Initiatives: Support VA health system and rural health care initiatives through recurring reporting and analytics.
• Quality, Compliance, and Data Integrity: Analyze case reviews, audit results, and feedback; maintain data definitions; investigate discrepancies.
• Operational and Stakeholder Support: Prepare data for monthly status reports and leadership briefings; coordinate with cross‑functional teams; support testing and training of reporting tools.
