Job summary

Tempus is seeking an Operations Associate to help scale our precision medicine platform. You will manage daily workflows, support cross-functional projects, and work with teams to streamline processes and maintain high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or Healthcare Administration, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Lead ad hoc initiatives and projects to support operational excellence and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Work closely with team leadership to refine processes and improve system efficiencies in support of growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned workflows independently, ensuring consistency and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates organizational skills and a structured, methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in task execution.

  • Ability to rapidly learn new skills and adapt effectively to changing processes and environments.
  • A drive to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, energetic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience handling and maintaining the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Experience working within an FDA-regulated industry.
  • Basic knowledge of generative AI.

CHI: $50,000-$55,000

The expected salary range may vary for other locations. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
