Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a meticulous Clinical Support Assistant for Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages in Papillion, NE. You’ll support nursing operations, maintain schedules, manage invoices and medical records, and assist leadership to keep the department organized and efficient.

The role emphasizes detail-oriented clerical tasks, budget-conscious supply management, and professional communication with nursing leaders, residents, families, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of post-acute and/or long-term care experience preferred.
• Scheduling and/or payroll experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare clerical, clinical support, administrative, or operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nursing schedules for Nurses, Medication Aides, and Nurse Techs for Director of Clinical Services approval.
• Maintain supply room stock and PAR levels within budget.
• Process invoices accurately and timely; update spend-down reports.
• Manage medical records including uploading scans and discharge summaries.
