Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living in Papillion, NE is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead operations at Hillcrest Country Estates, a full senior living campus offering skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, and independent living. You will drive fiscal performance, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and build strong teams focused on resident-centered care.

Excellent communication, change management, and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership/management experience in skilled nursing, acute care, or post-acute settings at Administrator level.
• Two+ years of Medicare/Medicaid knowledge and experience.
• Experience with federal/state skilled nursing regulations.
• Strong quality assurance, compliance, survey readiness, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for daily operations, fiscal performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure services meet state, federal, local, and organizational standards.
• Lead QA and performance improvement processes to support customer satisfaction and quality care.
• Maintain survey readiness related to licensure, Medicaid, Medicare, OSHA, labor, life safety, and other regulatory expectations.
• Lead, coach, develop, and engage teams to build high-performing groups.
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, and team communication.
