Job summary

CellCarta is hiring a Clinical Study Associate I to support clinical operations, logistics, and sales order management for precision medicine initiatives. The role focuses on logistics sales order creation, data entry, and outbound shipment coordination within StarLIMS and inventory systems.

The position reports to the Supervisor of Clinical Study Associates and requires 1+ years in administrative/CRA/CTA roles, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferably in life sciences, nursing or related field; business admin or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of administrative management, CRA/CTA experience, or histo-technology labs experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills; proficient in English (written and oral).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Positive and energetic attitude; able to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possesses critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Sales Order Creation and Coordination in the inventory management system.
• Study conduct support and data entry, including data compilation.
• Coordinate outbound supply orders and maintain accurate project information in systems (LIMS and Customer Portal).
• Prepare shipment requests and support study closure activities.
