Job summary

CellCarta is hiring a Clinical Study Associate I to support clinical operations, logistics, and sales order management in a growing precision medicine initiative. You will maintain study data in StarLIMS and customer portals, and collaborate with the Project Management team on outbound shipments and order accuracy.

Qualifications include a life sciences degree, 1+ years in admin/CRA/CTA roles, and strong English communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 1+ years of administrative management or CRA/CTA experience; histo-lab exposure preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Logistics: create sales orders in the inventory management system and enter price details.
• Coordinate and monitor outbound supply orders with Project Management.
• Maintain accurate study information in LIMS (StarLIMS) and Customer Portal.
• Prepare shipment requests through StarLIMS and support study closure activities.
