Job summary

• Coordinate orientation schedules with scheduler or CNA Coordinator.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring; ensure documentation.
• Develop and evaluate education programs for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with LTC Manager and preceptors to address needs.
• Lead teaching using adult learning principles and various methods.
