Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor to act as a transformational leader and the first-line shift supervisor for the unit. The role delivers safe, effective nursing care aligned with the organization’s goals and patient care standards.

You will supervise direct care staff, manage daily operations, and promote professional development while supporting the mission and values of NorthBay Health. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license in California and current BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
• Three years of acute care experience; demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line shift supervisor on the unit.
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care according to organizational goals.
• Lead and supervise direct care staff and daily operations.
• Delegate care within scope of practice and competencies.
