Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or commensurate education and experience.
• Current NH nursing license is required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications; MOAB within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Leads and resources staff; provides guidance and feedback.
• Coordinates staffing plans and bed management to optimize capacity.
• Responds to emergencies (Rapid Response, Stroke Alerts, Trauma).
• Guides nursing care using critical thinking to promote quality outcomes.
• Mentors staff and ensures adherence to policies and standards.
