Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Education: Diploma in Nursing; AS Nursing or BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the safe and effective patient care across units for the designated shift.
• Coordinate patient care activities across units and departments.
• Serve as senior administrator on duty for patient care areas and other departments.
• Round on every unit and supervise staff; assist in orientation and observe outcomes of care.
