Qualifications

• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
• Must have certifications TNCC, ACLS, and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality and cost-effective care.
• Collaborate with administrative personnel and physicians.
• Be involved in patient flow and bed management issues.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to co-workers.
• Hold care providers accountable for professional responsibilities.
