Job summary

Piedmont Medical Network - Fort Mill Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to partner with the Director for safe operation of the department, manage staffing, and oversee patient care, budget, and unit goals. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate will provide guidance, educate staff, and ensure ongoing quality improvement and PI monitoring in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Multi-State RN License; BLS CPR; CPI certification within orientation period.
• Experience: 2–3 years of Acute Care leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the assigned department and patient care quality.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Monitor, educate, and develop staff; participate in PI monitors and reports.
• Delegate shift duties, maintain safety and compliance.
