Job summary

White Pine Senior Living in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead our care team on a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule.

The role reports to the Assisted Living Director, ensures high-quality resident care, pre-screens and assessments, and collaborates to manage admissions, training, and compliance. Minnesota RN license required; leadership and dementia care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure for Minnesota.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead care team to provide high-quality service to residents and families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments for new and current residents.
• Follow up on physician orders and care plans.
• Collaborate with Assisted Living Director for admissions/readmissions.
• Provide ongoing staff training and education.
• Maintain clinical systems and ensure accurate data entry.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with residents, including those with dementia.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:

• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and problem solve
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
