Job summary

White Pine Senior Living in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule with a pay range of $40.00-$43.00 per hour based on DOQ.

Responsibilities include leading the care team, completing resident assessments, following physician orders, and coordinating with the Assisted Living Director on admissions. A Minnesota RN license is required and prior memory care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse licensure for Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and solve problems.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service for residents and families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments for residents.
• Follow up to physician orders.
• Partner with Assisted Living Director for admissions/readmissions.
• Provide ongoing staff training.
• Maintain clinical systems and ensure accurate data entry.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents.
• Assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:
