White Pine Senior Living in Fridley, MN is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor for a full-time day/evening shift to lead our care team and implement high-quality resident care.

You will complete pre-screens and assessments, follow physician orders, coordinate admissions, train staff, maintain clinical records, ensure survey readiness, and support residents with dementia. MN nursing license and strong leadership are required; assisted living/memory care experience is a plus.

• Current Minnesota RN licensure.

Mansioni

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service for residents and families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents.

• Work with Assisted Living Director on admissions/readmissions.
• Provide ongoing staff training and supervision.

Pay Range: $41.00+/hr DOQ

RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
• Follow up to physician's orders
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
• Provide on-going training to staff
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
• Ensure survey readiness at all times
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and problem solve
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.
