White Pine Senior Living in Fridley, MN is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor for a full-time role with AM/PM shifts. The position leads the care team, conducts resident assessments, and ensures adherence to physician orders while training staff and maintaining clinical systems.

The role requires MN RN licensure, strong leadership, and the ability to support residents with dementia. Competitive pay starts at $41/hr+ depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits and dedicated teamwork.

Competenze

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.

• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.

• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents.
• Follow up to physician's orders.
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions.
• Provide on-going training to staff.
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
