Job summary

White Pine Senior Living is hiring a RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor for our Cottage Grove II location. This full-time role, with AM/PM shifts, offers a competitive hourly pay starting at $41.00+ depending on experience.

The supervisor will lead the care staff, complete resident pre-screens, follow physician orders, and partner with the director on admissions and training. We foster a vision of meaningful, community-focused care.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota nursing license.
• Ability to lead and supervise care staff effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service for residents and families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments for new and current residents.
• Follow physician orders and coordinate with the Assisted Living Director.
• Provide ongoing staff training and ensure accurate data in clinical systems.
• Maintain survey readiness and uphold professional, respectful interactions.
• Assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses as needed.

RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
• Follow up to physician’s orders
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
• Provide on-going training to staff
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
• Ensure survey readiness at all times
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and problem solve
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.
