Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN or MSN required.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification; Specialty certification required; candidate will obtain within two years from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages unit in compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Maintains standards of patient care.
• Oversees budgeting, staffing plans, and business plans for the department.
• Recommends action plans with the director and allocates resources.
