BAYADA Home Health Care in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to lead our Assistive Care team, oversee client care, and mentor caregivers in home-based services across Bethlehem and surrounding communities.

This hybrid leadership role combines clinical practice with people management, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives, offering training and clear pathways for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Home Care / Home Health / Hospice experience preferred.
• Supervisory, lead nurse, or nurse manager experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Desire to grow into a leadership-focused nursing role.

Responsibilities

• Visit geriatric clients and conduct nursing assessments in Bethlehem, PA, and surrounding areas.
• Develop, manage, and oversee client care plans while coordinating communication between clients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Home Health Aides and field staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor caregivers and support professional development while maintaining service standards.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new Home Health Aides and CNAs.
• Participate in training, coaching, and in-service education for field staff.
• Collaborate with office leadership to support staffing decisions, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality improvement.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty, Case Management, or Community Health experience preferred.
• Supervisory, Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead, Preceptor, or Nurse Manager experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Passion for developing caregivers and supporting teams.
• Desire to grow within a leadership-focused nursing role.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting.

Competitive Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $85,000/year depending on qualifications
