Job summary

Atrius Health in Massachusetts seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations at the Easton practice. This leadership role combines clinical time with administrative duties and requires strong collaboration across teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

You will supervise nursing staff, drive performance, and promote professional development, while aligning with organizational safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; enrolled in an LPN-to-RN program and completing within 4 years of hire
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ACLS may be required based on specialty
• Proven ability to act cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily nursing operations for the Easton practice as a working manager with 8 hours for administrative duties
• Partners with Operations to ensure optimal functioning and lead quality and safety initiatives
• Uses data to identify and drive improvements in clinical quality and service excellence
• Owns clinical safety responsibilities and ensures regulatory compliance across the service line
• Manages patient concerns and daily operations issues
• Communicates updates to leadership and staff; represents nursing in committees and projects
• Supervises clinical nursing staff and staffing; conducts performance reviews and promotes professional development
• Oversees onboarding, training, and competency validation for clinical staff; mentorship and education
• Upholds ANA Code of Ethics and contributes to professional development and mentorship
