Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager II for Adult Urgent Care in Massachusetts (Somerville and Kenmore). You will lead two sites, supervise RNs/LPNs, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care with strong teamwork and operational oversight.

Required BSN (or enrolled with degree within one year), MA RN licensure, BLS, 3+ years clinical experience, and 1+ year leadership. Proficiency with Excel/Outlook is valued.

Qualifikationen

• BSN degree or currently enrolled in a BSN program and obtain the degree within one year of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Licensed RN in the State of Massachusetts
• BLS Certification
• 3+ years of demonstrated clinical experience in nursing
• 1+ years of leadership/charge nurse experience in a clinical setting
• Experience in telephone nursing in ambulatory settings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Oversee daily clinical operations across sites and service lines.
• Lead clinical operations, safety, and patient/employee satisfaction.
• Supervise RNs and LPNs ensuring practice aligns with regulations and contracts.
• Collaborate with triad leaders and administrators to sustain care standards.
• Provide quality improvement and professional development support across sites.
