Job summary

Atrius Health in eastern Massachusetts seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager II to oversee daily clinical operations across multiple sites within the Urgent Care service line. You will supervise RNs and LPNs, drive quality improvement, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

The role requires a BSN, MA RN license, BLS, and leadership experience in ambulatory care. You will collaborate with triad leadership and administration to uphold care standards and develop teams for better outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN or enrolled in BSN program; degree to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS Certification.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 1+ years of leadership/charge nurse experience.
• Experience in telephone nursing in ambulatory practice.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily clinical operations in one or more sites.
• Lead clinical operations, safety, quality care and fiscal management.
• Partner with service line leaders and administration to ensure patient care excellence.
• Direct supervision of RNs and LPNs and ensure compliance with contracts and standards.
