Qualifications

• BSN degree required.

Responsibilities

• Administrative scope: oversees daily operations for Rheumatology and Central Infusion Scheduling.
• Clinical & operational leadership: partners with Operations to ensure optimal functioning and safety initiatives.
• Practice improvement: uses data and metrics to identify and lead quality improvements.
• Safety & compliance: owns clinical safety responsibilities and regulatory compliance across the service line.
• Human resources: supervises staff, manages staffing, conducts performance reviews, and mentors staff.
