Pruitthealth Corporation is seeking a Nurse Liaison to act as a bridge between hospitals, community services, and our home health/hospice network. The role combines clinical assessment with strategic referral development across a regional hospital network.

The ideal candidate will navigate regulatory and payer criteria, build strong referral partnerships, and ensure smooth admissions within the Pruitt Health continuum.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of college or business school (or equivalent) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement or leadership roles.
• Experience in home health and/or hospice is desired.
• Healthcare sales/marketing experience is a plus.
• Current RN or LPN license preferred where applicable.

• Develop clinical knowledge base to support sales activities.
• Communicate effectively with multiple disciplines in health care.
• Identify and develop new referral sources.
• Manage a territory, conduct sales calls and presentations, and generate referrals.
• Prioritize tasks, manage time, and maximize productivity.
• Assess training needs and develop a plan for improvement.
• Implement and evaluate self-development plans.
• Lead sales calls and presentations with collateral materials.
• Participate in licensure and accreditation surveys as required.
• Maintain continuing education and required licenses.
